• 35 mm. black & white and/or color film available at additional charge
• All high-end digital exposures burned to DVD FREE OF CHARGE
• 4x6" proof prints from film and/or digital exposures
• ALL film rolls scanned and burned to DVD for use in digital media
• Option to buy rights to ALL film negatives and/or digital exposures.

• Ability to order high-quality digital prints from your web photo gallery

Recommended for weddings with approximately 150 guests.
INTERMEDIATE PACKAGES INCLUDE:
• Everything mentioned above in the ESSENTIAL package
• More digital exposures, 4x6 proof prints, and post-production services
• More film exposures if client chooses to use film instead of digital
• More retouched 8x10 and 4x5 archival prints
• Your choice of wedding album included in price
• Digital layout services are additional
• Custom thank you card design and printing included
Deluxe Package
Recommended for large weddings with more than 150 guests.
DELUXE PACKAGES INCLUDE:
• Everything mentioned in the Essential and Intermediate packages
• 1 Additional photographer and photo assistant
• More digital exposures
• More film exposures
• Transfer of film and digital negative ownership
• More retouched 8x10 and 4x5 archival prints
• Your choice of wedding album included
• Album digital layout services
• Custom thank you cards included
Things to Consider
• Creating a specific shot list for the photographer(s)
• Designate a point person at event to deal with vendors
• Time over 8 hours is $150 per hr. per photographer
• Additional rolls of film are $35 per roll and include 4x6" proofs
• Double sets of 4x6" Proofs are additional $30 per roll
• 2nd photographer, includes unlimited digital exposures - $799
• Extensive use of lighting set-up for wedding portraits - $149
• Travel beyond 120 miles of metro New York - custom rate applies
• Additional prints outside of your package are available

Terms of Payment
50% deposit due upon booking. Final 50% due upon receipt of deliverables on the day of the event. Payment for your shoot is by cash, check, or credit card. (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.)
30 DAY NOTICE REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF WEDDINGS AND EVENTS. BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
